Shipping & Tracking: All items are shipped via USPS and tracking numbers will be provided once your package has been shipped. We are not responsible for USPS mishaps but please contact us if your package has not shown up in over 30 days.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? Please remember that some of our items are handmade, and this business operates solely as a one woman show. So depending on what you order, It will take 1-7 days to process your order, then another 1-7 business days for your package to arrive once we have shipped (depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.) You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your item has been shipped! You can track your order here.

 

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US? Yes we do offer international shipping to most countries. If we cannot ship to you for whatever reason, we will refund your order.

 

What is this store’s return and exchange policy? We do not accept returns whatsoever because of the nature of our business but we will try our best to accommodate you if your product is broken/damaged. If your product arrives broken or damaged please contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your products with attached photos so we can replace it. Fill out a support ticket and send photos to admin@aquadollbeauty.co. Exchanges can only be done if your order has not yet shipped and only on products of equal or lesser value. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for exchanges.

 

Refunds Policy: We only offer refunds if we are unable to complete your order, if so we will then offer a full refund. All sales are final otherwise. Please see above for our returns and exchange policy.

 

I, or someone I’m buying this for is allergic to nuts, can I still use your products? We list the ingredients of each item on the item description page. Some products are packaged in a facility that process nuts, soy, & dairy products so please keep that in mind when shopping with us.

 

Are your products cruelty-free? We only have a few non-vegan products which are the goat milk products and honey products. Other than that we aim to be as natural and cruelty-free as possible!

 

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure? Our store’s checkout process is powered by Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, our store has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

 

What if something is wrong with my order? If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact support by filling out a ticket.
